# Integrations Connect Form Plume submissions to Slack, Google Sheets, Zapier, webhooks, and other integrations, with multiple destinations per form and automatic retries. Your form sends one submission to Form Plume. Integrations decide where a copy goes next. You can notify your team, update a spreadsheet, add a marketing contact, or start a workflow without changing the form on your website. ## Choose where it should go - Someone needs to respond: [Slack](/docs/integrations/slack) or [Discord](/docs/integrations/discord) - Your team needs a shared list: [Google Sheets](/docs/integrations/google-sheets) - The submitter should become a marketing contact: [ActiveCampaign](/docs/integrations/activecampaign) or [Mailchimp](/docs/integrations/mailchimp) - The submission should start a workflow: [Zapier](/docs/integrations/zapier), [Make](/docs/integrations/make), or [MindCloud](/docs/integrations/mindcloud) - You want to use your own code: [Webhooks](/docs/integrations/webhooks) You can connect more than one destination to the same form. ## What happens after submission Integrations run after Form Plume accepts and stores the submission. If a destination is temporarily unavailable, the visitor does not need to submit the form again. The submission stays in your dashboard while Form Plume retries the delivery. ## Connect your first integration Open your form and go to **Integrations**. Choose a destination, connect the account or paste its webhook URL, then send a test submission. The destination page explains anything else that integration needs.
