# Spam inbox

Review your Form Plume spam inbox: restore legitimate submissions the filter caught by mistake, and confirm genuine spam without ever losing an entry.

Spam is hidden from the normal inbox, not deleted. Entries land here when their [spam score](/docs/spam-protection/scoring) crosses the quarantine threshold.

Open the form's inbox and select the **Spam** filter to review quarantined submissions.

## Restore a real submission

Open the entry and select **Not spam**. Form Plume restores it to the normal inbox and marks the classification as corrected.

## Confirm unwanted submissions

Select **Mark as spam** when an abusive submission escaped the filter. You can also add a useful keyword, domain, or IP rule via [blocklists](/docs/spam-protection/blocklists) when the same pattern keeps returning.

Review the spam inbox occasionally, especially after [making protection stricter](/docs/spam-protection). A recoverable inbox is useful only when someone checks it.
