Effective 2026-06-29 · Version 2026-06-29
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes activities that are not allowed on Form Plume. It is part of, and incorporated into, our Terms of Service. Violating it can lead to suspension or termination of your account.
1. Prohibited content
You may not use the Service to collect, store, transmit, or process content that:
- is illegal, infringes others' rights, or violates applicable law or regulation;
- is defamatory, harassing, threatening, or promotes violence or discrimination;
- is sexual content involving minors, or any exploitation of children;
- contains malware, or is designed to harm or gain unauthorized access to systems or data;
- includes sensitive personal data you are not legally permitted to collect or that you collect without a valid basis.
2. Prohibited conduct
You may not:
- send unsolicited bulk messages, spam, or phishing, or use the Service to facilitate them;
- deceptively collect data from people, or operate forms that misrepresent who is collecting data or why;
- attempt to bypass spam controls, rate limits, quotas, or security measures;
- probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without authorization, or disrupt it (for example, denial-of-service);
- resell or provide the Service to third parties in a way not permitted by your plan;
- use the Service to build a competing form-backend product by scraping or reverse engineering it.
3. Anti-abuse, rate limits, and quotas
The Service applies rate limits, quotas, and spam and abuse controls to protect all users. You agree not to circumvent these and acknowledge that we may apply additional limits to protect the Service or other customers.
4. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and may remove content, throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate this AUP, with or without notice depending on the severity and any legal obligations. We may also cooperate with law enforcement where required.
5. Reporting abuse
If you believe a form or account is violating this AUP, please report it to danilo@formplume.com with enough detail for us to investigate.
