MindCloud connects a Form Plume submission to the apps and workflows your team already uses.

Create the trigger

Create a MindCloud automation with a webhook trigger, then copy its trigger URL.

In Form Plume, open your form, go to Integrations, choose MindCloud, and paste the URL.

Send a test submission

Send a test event from Form Plume so MindCloud can read the payload and make its fields available to the rest of the automation.

The payload uses your form field names as keys, plus URLs for any uploaded files. Use a representative submission with the same optional fields and files your real form may send.

Finish the automation

Map the submitted fields to the destination steps, enable the automation, and send one more submission through the published form.

Form Plume signs each delivery and retries temporary failures automatically.
