Spam submissions

Form Plume quarantines suspected spam instead of deleting it.

Open the Spam filter to review those submissions.

Restore a legitimate message

Open the submission and choose Not spam. It returns to the normal inbox and becomes available to your regular workflow.

Mark missed abuse

Choose Mark as spam when an unwanted submission reached the inbox. If the same pattern keeps returning, add a focused blocklist rule.

Spam retention follows the form's data retention policy. Review anything important before that window ends.
