Autoresponders

An autoresponder lets someone know their submission arrived.

Open Notifications, enable the autoresponder, and choose the field that contains the recipient's email address.

Write the confirmation

Keep it useful. Confirm what happened, explain what comes next, and tell the person when they should expect a reply.

Thanks, we received your message. Someone from our team will reply within one business day.

Right now, you can customize only the text of this message. Logos, submitted values, and custom layouts are not supported yet.

When autoresponders are skipped

Form Plume skips invalid, suppressed, or clearly unsafe recipients (see Email hygiene). Spam submissions do not receive an autoresponder by default.

Test the form with an address you control before enabling it for visitors.
