Data requests

A data subject request is when someone asks for a copy of the data you hold on them, or asks you to delete it. Form Plume handles both from the Data requests tool.

Open Data requests, choose the form, and search by the normalized submitter email address.

Export first when needed

Create an export when the person needs a copy. Review the result before sharing it and use a secure delivery method.

Erasure is permanent

Erasing the matching records removes their submissions and schedules attached files for deletion. This cannot be undone from the inbox.

The tool searches one form at a time so the request stays inside the correct data boundary. Repeat it for another form only when that form is also in scope.
