Export

Use an export when the inbox needs to become a spreadsheet or move somewhere else.

Apply the search, status, and date filters you need. Then choose Export.

What the file contains

CSV exports include stable columns for submitted fields and useful submission metadata like submitted-at and status. Missing fields stay empty rather than shifting later columns. The file is UTF-8 encoded, and the export only includes the rows that match the search, status, and date filters you currently have applied.

Attachments are not placed inside the CSV; each row keeps a secure download link instead, so file access stays protected with authorized, temporary URLs.

Exports contain personal data. Store them only as long as your team needs them and share them through an approved location.
